What we’ll need: photos/video of the issue, plus the shipping label, SKU/Item No. on the package, and the outer carton. Please keep all packaging until resolved.
Returns (if required): we’ll provide an RMA and the designated warehouse return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please ship within 7 days of approval so we can process your resolution without delays.
Transit issues: shipments with no movement for 15 business days are reviewed via a carrier/warehouse claim; refunds or replacements follow the claim outcome.

1. EASY ASSEMBLE: Come with detailed instructions. All necessary hardware and tools are included. Only need a simple screw to combine the panel to complete the installation.
2. DURABLE & HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL: The frame of our fire pit table is coated strongly, which could be so durable that is adapted to various outdoor environments.
3. CSA APPROVED: Our propane fire pit table has CSA certification to make sure it is qualified and safe to use. The windshield is removable and the glass beads are used as a burning medium to ensure safety.
4. HIDEAWAY TANK STORAGE: The side door panel can be easily opened for you to change and conceal propane tanks. And it works with a standard 20-pound propane tank at 50,000 BTUs that meet heating requirements.
5. PRACTICAL DESIGN: When not in use, you could remove the shield and cover the table with a supporting tabletop baffle, then it can be converted into a large end table that could go with all kinds of sofas. The bottom adjustable table corner mat is suitable for various floors.
