How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Standard Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery is usually 5–7 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yetβ€”Haul Days currently ships within the United States only.

Can I change my shipping address after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help. Once processing begins, changes can’t be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted for issue-related reasons only within 30 days of delivery β€” e.g., damaged/defective items, wrong item sent, not as described, or missing parts.

Not eligible: change-of-mind/buyer’s remorse and user-caused damage.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error or an approved carrier/warehouse claim that provides a prepaid label. Returns must go to the designated RMA address we provide.

How do I start a return?

Use our Return Portal to submit your request and upload required photos/video (issue detail, the shipping label, the SKU/Item No. on the package, and the outer carton). Keep all packaging until resolved.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after return receipt/verification or partner/claim confirmation. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t process exchanges. For issue cases, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund per the policy.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

We do not provide a separate commercial/manufacturer warranty. Purchases are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and any rights under applicable consumer laws.

How do I get help if something’s wrong?

Email support@hauldays.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. We’ll review and provide the next steps per the policy.
