How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Standard Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery is usually 5–7 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yetβ€”Haul Days currently ships within the United States only.

Can I change my shipping address after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help. Once processing begins, changes can’t be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for issues like damaged/defective items, wrong item sent, not as described, quality issues, or missing parts. A prepaid return label is included in your package.

Not eligible: change-of-mind (don’t want/need/like), user damage, and items purchased on sale/clearance.

How do I start a return?

Contact Customer Support with your order number and photos if the item is damaged/incorrect.

If the prepaid label is missing, we’ll email you a new one.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

Do you offer exchanges?

Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

All Haul Days products include a 12-month warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and transit damage.

Exclusions: misuse, negligence, improper installation/handling, unauthorized modifications, pet damage, improper cleaning, or commercial use.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email support@hauldays.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video. We’ll review and provide the next steps.

Products & Stock

Will my order ship in multiple packages?

Possibly. Items may ship separately from different warehouses. You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment.
