Shipping Policy

US-only Free standard shipping 5–7 business days

At Haul Days, we’re dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and convenient delivery for your purchases. Please review our policy below for details on processing, shipping times, and costs.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) are processed the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment via the link provided, directly on the carrier’s website, or on our tracking page.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Correct Address: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Haul Days is not responsible for shipments delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by customers.
  • Address Changes: To request a change after placing an order, please email support@hauldays.com or call +1 (505) 605-7350. We’ll do our best, but changes can’t be guaranteed once processing has begun.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed in transit / no tracking update: If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after the label is created, contact us. We’ll open a claim with the carrier/warehouse. Refunds or replacements follow the claim outcome. Note: thresholds may be extended during holidays, abnormal weather, or other abnormal events.
  • Delivered but not received: If the carrier confirms delivery to a wrong address, we’ll refund or replace. If delivery is confirmed to the checkout address and only proof of delivery is available, a refund may be denied. We’ll still help you file any applicable carrier claim.
  • Damaged in transit: Please keep all packaging and provide photos/video (including the shipping label and outer carton). We’ll assist with a claim; resolution (refund or replacement) may be determined by the claim approval.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

9. International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable. Please check back for future updates as we expand our destinations.

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We ship to these addresses via USPS; delivery may require additional time.
  • Hazardous Items: Some products may have shipping restrictions based on federal, state, or local laws.

11. Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: We’ll attempt to cancel if the order has not entered processing or been handed to the warehouse. Cancellation is not guaranteed and some partner-fulfilled items cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • After Processing/Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for issue-only returns. Change-of-mind/remorse returns are not accepted.
