Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Processing: usually 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Delivery: typically 5–7 business days after processing.
Tracking: we email a tracking link when your order ships (also available on our tracking page).
Multiple packages: items may ship separately; each package will have its own tracking number.
Addresses: please verify your address at checkout; contact us ASAP for changes.
Issue-only returns within 30 days of delivery. Covers damaged/defective items, wrong item received, not-as-described, or missing parts.
Change-of-mind/buyer’s remorse: not accepted.
What we’ll need: photos/video of the product & problem area, the shipping label, the SKU/Item No. on the package, and the outer carton. Keep all packaging until resolved.
How it works: we’ll share an RMA and the designated return address. A prepaid label may be provided where required by our fulfillment partner; otherwise we’ll provide return instructions.
Transit issues: shipments with no movement for 15 business days are reviewed via a carrier/warehouse claim; refunds/replacements follow the claim outcome.
Warranty: no separate commercial/manufacturer warranty is provided.
